Records requests,
tracked in public.
Requests are logged by date, agency and tracking number. When records are released, the response and non-sensitive source files can be added to the archive so the public can see both the question and the answer.
REQ-001 · Project Silo / moratorium / intergovernmental records
The City Clerk's receipt says the request was received September 23, 2026 and assigned tracking number R000429-092326. The request remains listed here as processing until an official completion or response is received.
Scope
Project Silo and the proposed data-center moratorium; grandfathering and vested-rights records; communications with Lochbuie and Weld County; Silver Peaks proximity; Brighton wastewater sent to Lochbuie; plant capacity and expansion; Project Silo wastewater projections; Brighton water consumption; Sewer Board appointments; Brighton-Lochbuie wastewater agreements; disputes/mediation; and communications with Project Silo representatives.
City Hall visit: what the public record does and does not show
On September 17, Bridge to Brighton published a cropped City Hall visitor-log image and reported that David Foster and Hunter LaClair visited at about 4 p.m. on September 10 for a meeting with the deputy city manager and planning staff. Read the community report and image.
What remains unverified
The excerpt does not establish the meeting's subject, whether any Council member attended, whom the visitors represented at this Brighton meeting, or any connection to Project Silo or GlobalAI Cloud Inc. A scheduled Planning Commission meeting on the same date is a separate public event; the City's agenda listing does not resolve these questions.
The project owner reports that related meeting records have not been released. We have not received the City's exact response or a denial notice. This is therefore tracked as release and response documentation pending, not as a verified refusal or finding of misconduct.
Existing records to request
Meeting invitations and attendee lists; visitor-log context; agendas, handouts, presentations and notes; and correspondence arranging or following up on the visit. The records should establish what City staff discussed, which offices participated, and whether Project Silo, data-center standards or GlobalAI were mentioned.
Request → response → source files
The tracker is designed to make it obvious when a question is pending, when an agency has responded, and what documents support the response.
Request text
The exact public request is preserved with a stable ID and submission date.
Agency correspondence
Completion notices, fee estimates, extension notices and substantive responses are logged separately.
Released records
Non-sensitive documents are added to the source archive and linked back to the request that produced them.
